Critical Situation
Sometimes, I find myself in critical situations, feeling like I’m about to drown. However, I usually handle them well by focusing on my breathing, maintaining self-awareness, and talking myself through the problem to calm down and plan a solution. While I don’t always win, my successes outweigh my failures. I believe this resilience has been a constant throughout my life.

Traffic Worry
I’m concerned about the behavior of drivers, both car and motorcycle drivers, who often disregard traffic regulations. I understand that this depends on individual drivers, but I worry about the future, especially when my sons are older. If these reckless driving incidents continue to increase in violence, it will make life more difficult for them. Responsible individuals should address this issue and implement preventative measures to mitigate future problems.

Earthquake Health
Since the earthquake on March 28th, my health hasn’t been good. Sometimes my heart rate spikes to over 250 bpm. I noticed this when I stood up suddenly after tying my shoelaces; I felt faint. Although this has improved somewhat after a week, the problem persists. I’m concerned that this might be related to reading too much misinformation about the earthquake’s health consequences. What is your opinion on this?

Doctor advise

My doctor advised me on methods for self-care. He said I should run for about 30 minutes at a time, at least three times a week. I’m trying to be mindful of my diet, reducing sugary, fatty, and salty foods. However, I haven’t been able to follow his advice completely. I usually manage to run only twice a week, and I also incorporate boxing practice into my routine.

I wake up with fresh everyday
I wake up each morning feeling completely drained of energy. I spend the morning passively watching television, questioning why I feel so unmotivated and bored. This leaves me feeling confused and disheartened. To improve my mood, I’ve decided to make some changes. I plan to avoid socializing in the bathroom and before bed. I believe these changes will lead to a more positive and productive day.

My homeland

The Narathiwas airport is contributing to the prosperity of my homeland by stimulating business activity, generating income distribution, and attracting investment through convenient and easy travel. The addition of supporting infrastructure further enhances these benefits, creating employment opportunities and promoting educational development. This ultimately leads to improvements in both the quantity and quality of our human capital. We are committed to supporting this positive development.
